About the challenge

Build With AI Hack Days @EMK is a fast-paced, in-person mini hackathon where undergraduate students from across Dhaka come together to build real AI-powered apps using Google's newest developer tools, in a single afternoon.

This isn't a workshop. You get tools, credits, and time to build something that actually works and ships. Whether you're solving a local problem, chasing a wild idea, or just want to see how far agents can take you; this is your runway.

Organized by UniDevs, a student-led community building hackathon and open-source culture in Bangladesh, in partnership with Machine Learning Bangladesh. Supported by the EMK Center and Major League Hacking (MLH), and powered by Google for Developers.

Participants get hands-on access to Google AI Studio, the Gemini API, and Google Antigravity — Google's agent-first development platform, where agents plan, execute, and verify entire tasks across your editor, terminal, and browser. Plus voice AI from ElevenLabs, web data from Firecrawl, and hosting from DianaHost(for winners)

No prior AI experience needed. Bring your laptop and your ideas.

🏆 Best Use of Gemini API

Show what Gemini can actually do beyond a basic chat box. A personalized advice tool, a research summarizer, a Bangla-language assistant, a creative content generator, a code reviewer — anything that uses the Gemini API in a genuinely meaningful or surprising way. Gemini understands language like a human, reasons over information like a supercomputer, and generates code, scripts, and creative work on demand. Use that.

Don't just write code — orchestrate it. Use Google Antigravity/Google AI Studio to delegate real, multi-step engineering work to agents and ship something you couldn't have built solo in one afternoon. We want to see the artifacts, the verification, and the finished thing. The best submissions here will show a workflow, not just an output.

🎙️ ElevenLabs Side Track — Best Use of Voice AI

Give your project a voice. Use the ElevenLabs API for text-to-speech, voice agents, dubbing, or sound design. Accessibility tools, Bangla voice interfaces, interactive audio experiences, conversational agents — if it speaks, it qualifies. Open to every participant, judged separately.
